1:1 Personal Training — Strength & Movement

General strength, usable mobility, confidence, consistency, and physical capacity connected to life outside the gym.

Return-to-Training Strength Coaching

Progressive coaching after appropriate rehabilitation, medical guidance, recurring setbacks, or a long interruption.

Athletic Performance & Strength Conditioning

Assessment-led strength, speed, power, coordination, conditioning, and sport preparation.

Discovery & Assessment

Up to two hours. A clear map forward.

Conversation, relevant observations or measures, movement sampling when useful, initial priorities, a service recommendation, and a brief written Coaching Map. The fee is separate from monthly coaching and is not automatically credited.

Not every student needs every possible test. This is fitness assessment—not diagnosis.

12 Sessions / Month

Highest coaching contact

  • 12 × 60-minute coached sessions
  • Close coordination with independent work
  • Readiness- and recovery-based adjustments
  • Up to 6 form-review requests/month
  • Weekly communication
  • Formal review every 8–12 weeks

Best fit: Sport, schedule, or return-to-training goals that benefit from three coached sessions most weeks.

Standalone & specialty services

Focused ways to work together.

Individual coaching session

$110/60 minutes

Focused strength, movement, technique, or athletic coaching, primarily for current or returning students and defined short-term needs.

Assisted mobility & PNF

$100/60 minutes

Active mobility, assisted stretching, contract-relax methods, end-range control, and strategies for independent practice.

Four-session mobility block: $380.

Youth athletic development

From $30/athlete/session

Four-athlete minimum. Final pricing depends on group size, location, duration, travel, frequency, and block length.

Custom coaching

Hybrid coaching, remote programming, short performance blocks, group instruction, and other defined projects can be discussed after an initial conversation.

Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew until canceled under the agreement.

Renewal

Written notice at least seven days before the next billing date stops the next renewal.

Appointments

At least 24 hours’ notice may allow same-cycle rescheduling, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows generally count.

Messaging

For brief coaching questions, scheduling, readiness updates, and clarification—not emergency or medical support.
